Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Moonflower Threads! Many of our items are made, dyed, printed, or prepared especially for you, and we appreciate your support of our small business.

Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order, custom, and hand-dyed items may require 5–10 business days before shipping. Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Moonflower Threads.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help determine the next steps.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. We will be happy to assist where possible, but Moonflower Threads cannot guarantee replacement of packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

Local Pickup
When local pickup is offered, you may select that option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.

Digital Products
Digital downloads and digital design files are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical product will be mailed when purchasing a digital-only item.
